Heart and Chain Sweater

It’s endless…!!

I used up one skein for left sleeve already (on row 64, 2 and half diamonds). Looking at the length, it would take another 2 diamonds plus ribbing. I’m really not sure if I have enough yarn now!

The sweater is getting soooo heavy and it’s started hard to manage everything, and the remaining skein of the body also drove me crazy a little. At least I should be able to finish one sleeve by this weekend.

Anjou Vest

Love this vest pattern and the idea of using variegated yarn as CC. I could not resist the beautiful colour of Tensen and that’s why this pattern comes to my mind. I knitted three swatch actuall:

1. Dark orange as MC (double held), variegated turquoise as CC
2. Dark orange as MC, variegated turquoise as CC
3. Variegated turquoise as MC, dark orange as CC

The first swatch has better consistency of thickness between two yarn, but I would have to buy more, which I don’t really want to as the only option is to buy from overseas. Also for some reason, the Daruma Genmou is so expensive as 100% wool. Swatch 1 and 2 doesn’t have huge difference, so be it.
